Case Study

SaiTe Shopping Center is one of those which have benefited from Investment in Excellence. After participating in the program, it doubled the profits without any changes in investments and staff. Eight years later, the former head of SaiTe brought IIE to his new employment of one month. It was to lay the foundation for teams’ consistency, high performance goals and a proactive constructive culture.
