Beijing Mobile is sending twenty-seven participants to American licensed program "The Persuasive Communicator" in groups. Half of the groups have already completed. They represent management of all levels from various departments -- union, customer service, finance and operation.

The program received excellent recognition as shown in the 98% satisfactory rating.
